Purchase access to upload your Medical Book

In this guide, we will take you through how to purchase access to upload your Medical Book to MyFightBook.

Follow this step-by-step guide:

First, go to myfightbook.com and log in to your account.

Once logged in, you will see your fighter profile.

Click the menu in the top right corner and select Buy Medical Book.

Choose the federation you want to purchase the medical book for, fill in your card details, and click Save to process the payment.

If your federation requires document uploads, you must complete this step.
– If they don’t, you are active and able to participate in events and tournaments on MyFightBook from the moment your payment goes through.

• Upload your medical book under Medical Certificate. Remember to enter the expiration date of the document, if the federation requires it.

• You have the option to add an extra document at the bottom if needed.

• If you are under 18, you must also upload your parental consent form.
  This will appear at the top of the upload section.

Make sure that all documents are uploaded and that all dates are correctly entered.

Click Save all changes.

Your medical book request will be sent to your federation for approval

Once your medical book is approved, you will receive an email from your federation.

After approval, you will be active and able to participate in events and tournaments on MyFightBook.
