Approvals can be handled through a straightforward accept/decline process for uploaded documents or in real-time during events. Additionally, you can log injuries and potential suspensions directly in the system, either as they happen or afterward. This gives you a complete overview of your fighters’ health while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Once a member buys the medical book, their profile updates to a fight card, adding fight results and statistics while keeping all other profile details the same. The fight card shows their activity status across all federations their club is part of and keeps a record of past fight results. This helps federations with medical book approvals and provides a clear view of each fighter’s experience. For fighters, it’s an easy way to track progress and share fight results.
