On the day of the fight, the fighters must be approved to compete. This typically happens after they have completed their weigh-in and the doctor has cleared them as fit to fight.
Both fighters are approved
When both fighters in a fight on the fight card have been approved to compete, they must be marked as ready to fight in the MyFightBook system.
In the menu on the left, select Events.
From the list of events, select the event which you need to approve fighters for.
You will then be taken to the event page, where you must click the wrench icon 🔧 on the right-hand side.
This opens a dropdown menu where you can select Fight Mixing.
On the new page, choose the fight- and weight class that the fights belong to.
Select the fights where both participants are ready to compete by checking the box to the left of the fight.
Then click Save to confirm that the fighters are ready to compete.
When the fighters have a green circle with a checkmark next to their status, they have been marked as ready to fight in the system.
The fighters are now ready to compete, and the system is ready to receive the results after the fight.

To ensure fair matchmaking of fighters for fights, it is essential that the club administrator registers each fighter’s fight record. This is done by entering the number of wins, losses, and draws they’ve had in from past experiences within the sport.
MyFightBook automatically adds results from fights held at events in the system. However, if a fighter has prior experience that has not been registered on the platform, it is important to add this information to ensure fair matchmaking for everyone.
Here is a guide to registering it as an administrator.
Click Members to view the list of members in your club.
On the member list, click on the name of the member for whom you want to add the number of fights and results from previous fights.
Next, 1) click Add Fight Record and 2) select which federation the results should be registered under.
Next, 1) select the weight class and sport the fights were competed in, and 2) click Add Fighter.
You must:
1) enter the member’s won, lost, and drawn fights. The system automatically calculates the total number of fights (total).
2) Then click Save Changes.
You have now added fight statistics to your fighter under the selected federation.
How do you view a fighter’s fight record on their profile?
When you go to a member’s profile, you can see their fight results.

Members can pay for their membership directly through MyFightBook. You can customize your plans to fit your members’ current payment plans and membership prices.
Log into your manager-account on myfightbook.com and choose your club.
Next, click on Plans, which can be found by clicking on the wrench-icon and finding Plans in the drop-down menu.
To create a new plan, click on the button in the top right-hand corner which says Create new plan.
You’ll be led to a form, which must be filled with all details for the plan. The form consists of the following details:
Interval How often members are charged for their subscription. This can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or it can follow a specified seasonal period.
Plan Name The name of the plan as displayed to members when they sign up.
Price The cost for the specified billing period.
Currency The selected currency applies to both the membership fee and any registration fee.
Training Programs If training programs are added to the plan, members on that specific plan will only be able to check in to the selected classes. If none are added, all classes will be available.
Visible or Hidden Visible plans can be selected by members when joining the club. Hidden plans are typically legacy plans or plans that members can be moved to by administrators for special payments or other arrangements.
Registration Fee Should there be a registration fee specific to this plan? If not, the club’s general registration fee rules will apply.
When everything is set up correctly, click Save. The plan is now created, and if it is set to visible, members can immediately sign up for it.
If a plan reaches capacity, you can at any time make the plan hidden, so new members will no longer see that specific plan as an option. This depends entirely on how the individual club chooses to configure it.

From the club site, click on the wrench (🔧) in the top right-hand corner.
This opens a drop-down menu, where you can then click on Members.

On the list of events, find the one you want to match fighters in.
On the event site, click on the wrench in the right-hand corner and click on Fight Mixing in the drop-down menu.
You will now see a blank page, where you have got a list of filtration options at the top, as well as your fighters in the bottom, under the section Unassigned Fighters.
On this site, you must now choose exactly which fighters you are looking for, by changing the different filtration options at the top. Choose fight class and weight class, how many matches should be created, and how large the difference in fighting experience can be.
When you have selected all your parameters, the system will now automatically match up fighters against each other, for as many matches as you’ve chosen, or until there are no more fighters left. You can rearrange these matchups as you would like, as long as they are still living up to the parameters you have decided on.
Once you are happy with the matchups, you can click save. The matches are now saved and stored up until the event, where after weigh-in, the matches will be saved by checking off the checkbox to the left of the matchup.
Tip: If you want to match the fighters randomly, set your parameters in the top and press re-roll in the right-hand corner. This will mix the non-saved matches, which allows you to create random matchups, until you’re happy with the result.
Once you are happy with a randomly paired matchup, click on the lock-icon to lock the matchup, and continue re-rolling until you are happy with all the matches.
Be aware that you might need to scroll down the page slightly in order to see all the matchups for larger events.
Not sure whether you have done it all correctly just before the first match starts?
Look at the bottom section, under unassigned fighters, to see if there are more than 1 unassigned fighter.
Make sure that the matches have a green checkmark on the left-hand side, and that you can add a result on the right-hand side of the match.
If you want to make sure that everything is saved, click on the lock-icon on all matches. This way, no matches are changed, no matter what is clicked on, until they are unlocked again.
On the club site, you can click on Members above the club name, or access the wrench in the right-hand corner and click on members in the drop-down menu.
On the list of members, find the member you want to add a weight- or fightclass to.
Click on the member’s name.
On the members profile, click Edit to edit the information about the member.
In the text field Choose Fightclass, you can choose one or more fightclasses.
In the box Choose Weightclass, you can choose one or more weightclasses.
Both the member and the club administrator can change their weight- and fight class at any time.
Remember to save your changes by pressing Save on the bottom of the page.
